• Live betting odds may change after a match or event has started. Any bet placed at changed odds will be settled at the odds in effect at the time the bet was placed.
• If an event is cancelled or suspended before its scheduled completion, 399brt will follow the ruling of the relevant international sports authority when settling bets on that event.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, 399brt reserves the right to void the affected bet.
• Placing simultaneous opposing bets (arbitrage) across multiple markets on the same match is strictly prohibited.

399brt regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus has its own specific terms, but the general rules listed below apply to all bonuses:

• The welcome bonus is available to first-time registrants only. Each person is eligible to claim it once.
• A specific wagering requirement must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn (typically 5x to 20x).
• Bonuses are generally valid for 7 to 30 days. Any bonus not used within the specified period will be automatically cancelled.
• A second bonus cannot be added while another bonus is still active.

• Exploiting any bug or technical glitch on the platform to gain an unfair advantage.

Betting is a risky activity. 399brt will not be held responsible for the following:

• Bets lost or opportunities missed due to internet disconnection.
• Issues caused by third-party services (payment gateways, internet service providers).
• Financial losses from betting – there is no guarantee of winning.
• Service disruptions caused by force majeure events (natural disasters, government restrictions, etc.).

You may close your 399brt account at any time by contacting our support team. Please make sure to withdraw any available balance before closing your account.

As part of responsible gaming, 399brt offers a self-exclusion option. Activating it will suspend access to your account for a set period (from 30 days up to permanently).
